1. Earned a J.D. degree and admitted to practice law in the U.S. with good standing

3. Fluency in English and Chinese (Written and oral) is strongly preferred 7 I# K% g" n) `# Z) q- I
4. Excellent writing, legal research, and oral presentation skills + j, K% x; [$ g* S2 w, o
5. Ability to multitask and also manage heavy load
