Job Requirements:

6 L) i1 e& e8 G) D; ~0 z3 q2，Have experience in a specific field of law, and capable of independently handling cases or non-litigation projects in that field; specialized focus on immigration law is advantageous

The New York Chinese Legal Service Center provides various services for Chinese residents in the U.S. including:

1、Efficient handling of marriage green card applications, family sponsorships, and various immigration cases

4、Obtaining a Taxpayer identification number for individuals without legal status, personal and corporate tax filings, handling various tax bureau correspondences.

5、Applying for government housing, elderly apartments, food stamps, cash subsidies, and various welfare benefits.

6、Processing retirement pensions, red and blue cards, bank cards, medicare cards, medicaid cards, senior citizen half-price subway cards, etc.
