Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school (J.D.)
2. Admitted to the Bar in New York
9 l$ T# C; l. ~9 e( Y3. Previous Law firm or Litigation experience
4. Individual should have strong legal research and organizational skills
; {# q5 Z  q& E, u0 r5. Can speak both English and Chinese; and possess excellent written and verbal skills

* `  o1 o4 I1 K. z3 _4 X1、Efficient handling of marriage green card applications, family sponsorships, and various immigration cases
% f2 n4 @% m6 Z* [; s2、Reentry permits, application for citizenship, green card, work permit applications, and extensions
8 H7 P! U+ z+ z0 `' m3、Passport applications and renewals for both China and the U.S., embassy-authorized notarization and authentication
6 O, F. K% Y# k" D( g4、Obtaining a Taxpayer identification number for individuals without legal status, personal and corporate tax filings, handling various tax bureau correspondences.
* A) a, c) h% P+ P3 k8 K! [( H5、Applying for government housing, elderly apartments, food stamps, cash subsidies, and various welfare benefits.
1 w- \' b, |8 b. G6、Processing retirement pensions, red and blue cards, bank cards, medicare cards, medicaid cards, senior citizen half-price subway cards, etc.
7、Student visa applications, F-1 visas, from application to obtaining an I-20 and then scheduling a visa appointment.
