2. Gain extensive experience in immigration law through internships, clerkships, or entry-level positions at law firms, government agencies, or nonprofit organizations specializing in immigration issues.+ x. M2 A5 j# g' q9 a c
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.

6. Experience in drafting legal documents such as motions, petitions, case summaries, and affidavits.

Specializing in marriage green cards, family-based green cards, VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) green cards, U visas, T visas, juvenile immigrants (SIJ), and DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals). Handling contested and uncontested divorce cases, negotiated divorces, child custody and guardianship matters, minimum wage issues, overtime pay disputes, discrimination, and labor disputes.
