华人超市竞争激烈 99大华进驻纽约法拉盛

background-color: initial; color: rgb(126, 126, 126); text-decoration-line: none; border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(126, 126, 126); transition: color 0.3s linear, border 0.3s linear;">香港超市的旧址; 自该超市于2023年底结业后，该地点便一直闲置。对于大华超市的开业，法拉盛商改区（BID）运行主任余钿崧表示欢迎，并称大华超市发展成熟，「感谢他们投资法拉盛，也希望新超市能为社区带来新的活力。」余钿崧表示，大华超市的货品种类丰富，经营模式独具特色，「作为连锁超市，大华提供许多本地超市难以找到的商品，更加多元化，也更具竞争力，能够更好地服务我们的社区。」法拉盛另一家华人超市业者也认为，大华超市的经营模式与本地超市有所区别，因此竞争影响有限。「大华主打自有品牌商品，尤其是包装类食品，而我们这类本土超市则更专注于蔬菜、鲜肉、海鲜等生鲜产品，目标客群不同。」另一方面，商改区对于大华超市的进驻寄予厚望，期待其带动37大道附近的商业发展，「自从香港超市关闭后，那一带变得冷清许多，希望大华能带来更多人流，为周边商家带来新商机。」余钿崧说。然而，部分民众则对新超市的选址持怀疑态度。罗女士认为，该地点较为偏僻，难以吸引稳定的客流。「之前的香港超市人气就不高，而且附近地铁站口，已经有新龙兴和新世界两家大型超市，很多人上下地铁后直接在那里买菜，不太可能特意走到这么远。」陈先生则担忧大华能否在高昂<span style="box-sizing: border-box;
